Who is the real coward?

It has become a fashion for politicians nowadays every time when a bomb explodes anywhere in India to call it as an act of cowardice. Just analyse who are cowards. Are these terrorists, who regularly fool our intelligence by outwitting us every time by making their conniving tactics work at will, cowards? They are not cowards. It is just that these incumbents at the Centre in order to save their faces try to cover up their inability to prevent such barbaric acts say such words on terrorists who virtually have no fear at all.

The truth is that the fear lies with our government at the centre which is soft on terrorists. All they can do is to go and create panic in midnight by arresting people who do fasting in order to prevent corruption because they do not carry any weapons. But when it comes to apprehending or gunning down terrorists they will have their arms tied up. They have their own worries about retaining their vote banks which otherwise won’t be possible if they try to act against certain members of a community. It is they who fear and so the incumbents in our government need to be termed as cowards.

On the other hand by calling terrorists as cowards the government is fooling itself and nothing more. If only the government has the guts that these brutal terrorists possess we can all boast that we are safe. Just look at America. How much they care about their people and how much respect that they have for them. When they have the audacity to go to a foreign land and kill the most wanted terrorist, our Indian government cannot hang a person called Kasab who is in our captivity.  How badly America wanted Bin laden after 9/11 and how much efforts went into it for tracking him before killing him is simply commendable.

I appeal to our Indian government to take a leaf out of the book of USA and try to finish off the terrorists no matter wherever they are hiding. First of all one should understand that these terrorists have no community. No matter whatever community they belong to when they plant a bomb at a random place even their own community members become victims when it explodes.  So forget about the community forget about the vote banks and save your citizens.  Otherwise every time merely condemning the act of terrorists by giving a press release will have no impact. These terrorists are not going to be provoked just because you are calling them as cowards and instead they will continue to do such heinous acts. They are not bothered by such things. They are animals and such animals should be hunted to purify our nation.
